Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select your product, size, and any other options, then click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 3–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Estimated delivery within the United States is 5–10 business days after production. International orders may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to track your package through the carrier's website.
What if my package is lost or has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (US) or 45 days (international) of the shipping date, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Products
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every item is printed or produced when you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without holding large amounts of inventory.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking measurements rather than going by your usual size, as sizing can vary by brand and product type.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show accurate colors in our product photos. However, screen settings can affect how colors appear. Slight variations between the screen and the printed product are normal.
